Important Update:
Products purchased on sale or using store credits are not eligible for return or exchange. All sale item purchases are final.
Product Disclaimer:
Please note that product colors may vary slightly due to photo enhancement processes. The actual product may differ from the images displayed on the website.
Returns:
- All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
- Issues related to quality or quantity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Pickup Attempts: The pickup can be scheduled only once if the pickup service is accessible. If the 7-day timeline passes after approval and the pickup is still pending, cancelled, failed, or rescheduled, the return request will automatically be cancelled, and you will not be eligible for a return.
- Logistic charges: A logistics fee of 100 INR will be deducted as part of the refund process.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us with a clear photo or video showing the product's defect.

- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup within 4-5 business days.
- After receiving the returned product, we will process the refund in the form of store credit within 2-3 business days.
- You can use store credit within 3 Months
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all tags intact.
Cancellations:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. However, you can return the product as per our return policy.
- If you refuse to accept the product at delivery, it will be considered a return, and refunds will follow the return policy.
- You can cancel the order before shipment by contacting our customer support team or visiting your account page.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned product, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will receive the refund in the form of store credit within 1-2 business days. If you haven't received the refund after 15 days, please contact our support team.
